Since the gift box thing has been extended
Does that mean that I can just create a mech now and get it to 130 by the 6th and get the ring and all that? or is that only for resistance chars that were made at the start of the event?

I was wondering the same. I got my ring on my few people that had full inventory's but I was wondering about making more res chars for more rings.

Yes, its been extended for like almost a whole month. 5/6 I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong.
