The Rankings page on the Maple site has never updated very reliably and for a while wasn't updating at all. It doesn't look like it updates on any regular schedule, or if it's supposed to it never seems to work the way it should. In other words, you can't count on it updating on any kind of schedule. When it updates, it updates. You just have to wait for it to happen.

It hasn't updated yet today because of the maintenance but yeah I think ^ is right in saying that by around that time the rankings should be updated.
it usually updates at 9:30 am PST, but sometimes they'll miss a day (or a few).
