elemental decrease
Do you ever use this?
I guess it's for monsters resistant to fire/poison, but I can't tell if it is actually worth using o.o
which bosses (including dojo) should I be using it against?
Thank you in advance :}

All Root Abyss bosses (even Chaos), Magnus (All modes), PB itself, Hilla, Empress, and Gollux's jaw, eyes, jewel (Pretty much the end game bosses, except Dorothy) will have some sort of attack resistance, including elements. This will cut your damage by half. Elemental Decrease bypasses that, so you'll be doing more damage because your damage isn't halved.
http://www.southperry.net/showthread.php?t=70760 contains a list of all the ranked dojo bosses and which elements are they strong to (look at strengths column and key for references)
In other words, you should keep the buff most of the time at bossing unless you know for sure which bosses are weak to your elements.
While bossing because it makes all of your attacks completely neutral, making them unaffected by the Physical Damage Reduction most bosses have
