How come my range is only 9-11k at lvl 120 with 4% str and 2 Evo rings? I hit 25k with demon cry on roids. Can someone please help me out?

Your range is low because your equips are bad. Get full cra/faf/sup gollux/tyrants etc and you'll be set... Piece of cake eh? Just focus on getting to 150 and getting a good Faf weapon.
Because thats the range 2 evo rings and 4% str is gonna get ya.

And you should know that Demon Slayers naturally have a harder time funding themselves to be as good as many other warriors.
Get link skills and character card bonuses.
Get 4% str purple senior equipment.
You shouldn't even be worrying about range at 120.
Wait until 140 at least, once you get empress/fafnir.
