Opinions on Evan with full empress and 70% traced staff
I will have 2 Evo rings and 6% int earrings with 2 piece reinforced and full empress on a Evan. Opinions on damage and bossing patiently? (Unfunded ofc)
And are Evans fun? They always looked really awesome to me!

Yes Evans are fun. Even with low range they can still deal awesome damage. 50k range I was able to solo CZak
