You and me both. It sucks because I spent 2 hours yesterday just trying to exchange the RED tickets I had. Still haven't, I feel bad.

To maximize your coins put all your tickets into storage EXCEPT 4 (4 tickets will get you 50 coins); keep those 4 in your inventory. After you do that, go to Cassandra in the Event Hall (in the mirror thing), and her bottom option should be to exchange your tickets for coins. Finally after you get your 50 coins, go back to the storage and repeat the process of getting 4 and exchanging them for coins.

You talk to Cassandra, there should be an option to have a conversation with her. then there should be a line that says exchange red tickets for coins.
