Gentle Elf Eyes?

So I was prowling BannedStory in the hopes of discovering some nice eyes and I saw Gentle Elf Eyes... which I really like:

I don't know whether to get blue or red (lol help me decide ) and... these are mercedes eyes right? o.o idek! Will it be possible to get them when mercedes come out in EMS? i.e. in GMS, can you currently get them if you're not a mercedes?
