Best way to maximize damage?
Hello, I started merching off my warrior gear and have been wondering the best, most efficient way to maximize my battle mages damage with what money and gears I have. Before you ask, I have roughly 7bil to work with and I currently have:
clean shield (will unique pot it)
clean ele staff 6
30 RED tickets
15% INT Tempest Ring
6 Empress gears
Alien Frag Belt.
PS: Is it worth to buy a 3L Unique Elemental Staff 7 with 241 Magic ATT for 1.8b?

Jesus Christ pretty sure whoever is selling that staff will be totally ripped if you buy it from them! That's a great deal if I saw it.

I plan to scroll a Beryl Heart post RED. Already got 300 RED coins in my fingertips
I recommend a Beryl heart.
We were able to use +5 M Att / + 5 All Unleashed scrolls on those hearts; I assume you will be able to use the +8 M Att scrolls as well.
Since the hearts are only level 10 gear, they are cheap to NX white scroll protect as well; so getting one to 40 or 56 M Att shouldn't be an issue.

Little update on things! I managed to get the ele staff I had my eyes on, 2 of the 4 Reinforced Gollux gears, and an 18% INT Ring. Still trying to find some more things that can rev up my %INT a bit more but having empress makes it a bit harder than expected.

get a kanna to lvl 120 for % total damage x) and right now iam trying to sell my E staff 7 for 2bil 250 matk 3 lined epic B neb 18% PDR 2 lined bonus pot rare if you are interested
Oh yes I almost forgot, get a lumi to lv 100. The (s) character card for the lumi gives +40 int.

Well since you have 30 Red tickets, it would make sense to get the +8 magic attack scrolls, and scroll the staff yourself. As for the shield, don't bother with it. Go ahead and buy a pre-made (with decent magic attack) shield. Empress is okay to start out with, but you might want to move onto RA gear. Anyways that sounds like a great start for your Bam
