Anviling Medals
Say I have the "Marvelous" medal anviled onto a corsage medal, would I be able to give my stat medal the "Marvelous" appearance by anviling the corsage onto the stat medal?

You keep only the appearance , not the stats.
Don't get what your question is all about but it works just like normal anvil.
You can use fuse the appearance of a fused item to another item, if you get what I mean.
But it won't carry over the stats of the fused item.
Yes, you can anvil an anviled item onto another item.
