Question about Eckharts Vampire and Hp Recovery Potential
Hello! So! For UA Bandits we get Eckhart's Vampire skill. In the description it says "Absorbs half of your Max HP, or the total of the monster's HP... At a max of level 5 it says it only absorbs 5% of the damage done. My question is, if you have potential that says HP Recovery Items and Skills: +50%, will I absorb 55% of the damage? Is it useless because I can only absorb half of my max hp? If anyone could clear this up that'd be great. Thanks. Lol

It does not apply to draining skills.
If you can only absorb half of your max hp, why is that a setback? It's just using 2 casts rather than 1.
If you have half decent damage, it should heal most of your HP.
It's pretty great for pot CD places and to push back mobs.
as far as I am aware, it probably only applies to skills that directly heal hp (such as heal), but if it does apply then it will only add 2.5% additional recovery to it. (it's + 50% of the effect.)
