can you use soar on a double bear hot-air balloon?
i heard that you can't fly on jag jump mounts but i saw my friends flying on the hot air balloons like a month ago

mounts that you can fly with after obtaining the soaring skill are:
cloud mount
cygnus's knight chariot
owl mount
Pegasus
Hot air balloon
Broom
Balrog
Invisible balrog
Dragon (NOT Evan or Draco)
Nadeshiko fly high (only have ever seen that once in gms if I remembered correctly at all)
Note that none of the job mounts, like evan, Draco, or shinshoo can fly.
No double mounts can fly/soar. They can only jag jump.
Contrary to my wishful thinking, nina's pentacle can not fly.
I may have missed some mounts....
Gliding I don't have a clue
You cannot soar on any "double" mount.
I can give you a list of flung mounts if you'd like amd if you're too lazy to google.

and i thought that the skill you got from chief tatamo, soaring, was the one where you could fly
Double Jump Mount and Flying mount is diffrent. I have both.
soaring and flying are different things
