Stuck on black screen
I accepted some sort of event teleport. The startup for the event notification was like a phone call, and the teleport just took me to a black screen. I closed the window and relogged, only to find that I was in the same room, same blackness. Any advice, basil?

But like I just said, I'm physically in the game, it's just that I'm actually logged into a black screen (restarting wouldn't do anything).
Try restarting your computer, I was stuck in a cutscene and that fixed it for me and others.
