Mastery book 20 and 30
Do you have to use the Mastery 20 in order to use the Mastery 30 next? Or can you just use the Mastery 30 on skills that have a 30 max without ever having to use the Mastery 20 books?

Aww man. I thought it would be different cause It doesn't have the restriction written in the description.
Edit: Okay I see. I bought both and tried the 30 first just in case, I guess the restrictions are still the same after all ._.
You need to use 20 first before 30. But sometimes your skill could only go up to 20. In order for you to use mastery 20 on a skill you need 5 points on that skill and 15 points for 30. Hope that clears things up for you. Iunno if things changed fr dual bladers though lol
You have to use one to use the other.
