Looking for Bow Production Manual in Windia
Interested in making a Winkel, but had no luck getting a manual from the Mason the Collector II quest. I am willing to buy it for 50mil if anyone does manage to come across one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I already did it and got something else. Its such an easy quest too! I wish I had more level 90 characters.
You can get them from the quest in Ludi. The Toucan one.
Still need help if anyone is willing to! Also the first quest might give an Omok Set, which for whatever reason seem to be popular lol or atleast were.
