My newly made pirate did not obtain the Crocell hat quest, any one know the reason?

i do those quests for the low level exp the hats arent really worth it after you get and tier 3 hat or a zak
The Crocell hat is the only hat that you get that is decent until z/czak helm
Think of it as a good thing cause that hat is so ugly!
Assuming Pirates get the Hot Time hats like they did in kMS, it won't matter too much. Again, assuming we actually get them.
It probably has to do with the Revamp, though. Chances are, the quest will work after it passes.
I didn't get it either. It might be glitched. But it's too late for me anyway, I'm over lvl 40.
You have to go to Kyrin, in the Nautilus, and you have to be under level 40, and above 18.
