White Awakening Stamp

Hi basil, so today i made my EMP cutlass to unique 30% in 2 cubes. Sadly its 2l. I wish to add another line but i dont want to lose the potential i already have so im wondering do White awakening stamps reset ur potential and add a line or does it just add a line w/o reseting the potential.
