No Gamelauncher
Made a new account on my laptop so all my old files from my old account went into the new one, but I put gamelauncher outside of my nexon folder so my new account did not get it and it is making lot's a problems for me. Can someone please give me a link to download the most recent game launcher

right click gamelauncher in ms file and create shortcut to your desktop.
When you make a new account you DON'T need to re-download the game or move any files.
Moving files is almost always a bad idea because then Windows can't find the stuff it needs to run programs and games.
Just move everything BACK to the Maplestory folder inside the Nexon folder and it should work for ANY account.
If it still doesn't work, delete all the Maplestory files in whatever folder and re-download and reinstall the game and then leave the files alone.
When you log in, from the website OR gamelauncher you just type in the name or e-mail of the account you want to play on.
Then when you want to use a different account just log in again and type in that name or e-mail.
If you use gamelauncher it makes it easy to change accounts because it asks for the account user ID when you change characters.
If you log in from the website you have to log out of whatever account you were using first, then log in on the other account, then hit PLAY and wait for the game to load again.
