Cant use regular hair coupon
One of my characters can not use a regular hair coupon in NLC, every time I try it I get this http://i.imgur.com/FODBX1i.png
The day before I had no trouble using it on another character, so I don't know what the problem is. I've been trying since yesterday and even after the maintenance it doesn't work. Is there any reason this would be happening?

I might do that, but since it's a girl character I wanted to get that two-toned hair (forget the name) and it's only available there. But if it's broken I'll try somewhere else.
