It's for the Everyday Endeavor quests. One of them involves you to party with a certain (underplayed; or is it completely random?) class. Jett is one of them lol. Other potential classes you may have to invite include Beast Tamer, Mercedes, and Kanna. The reward is a Mix Dye Coupon, which is basically a more customizable VIP Hair Color Coupon (but with the ability to mix 2 different colors together).
