-M.atk scrolled nose (never seen one)
-M.atk scrolled mask (same)
-Perfected Dominator pendant
-70 all stats CHTP
-Full Abyss set of dragon equipment
-Full 4-set of arkarium rings
-All of these with 21% int+, except nose/mask at 15%+, rings at 9%+

Then you'll realize you don't even need half of that to hit dmg cap even with dragon thrust

Well if funding is no problem, getting a 311 m.atk staff shouldn't either. Aren't they around 10-15B atm? I don't even know anymore.
