I doubt it that he actually would be banned if he even tried.
I mean seriously, hacking 24/7 at crocky's CHANNEL 1. Not only that, he even waited at level 199.
Does that mean Fangblade won't be ranked 1st anymore?

@SuberKieran They took their time, people had given up hope on Nexon quite a bit. They could have only found him out based on the number of reports, who says they actively sought him out and watched him?
OT: Looking at KMS, it must be preeeetty hard to level to 250 considering they are still not even close. It should be easy to keep an eye on the top players mostly because they should all be in the same places.

KMS has 2 rankings, the one that goes to 250 and the original which kept its order from before the cap increase.
