what are things that make you happy? yesterday night, i went to a psychology seminar at my college and it was led by a psychologist who was pretty respected in his field, so a lot of people were there. i thought it was worth checking out and it was about bettering your mind and body (something i kind of need right now). the one thing that stood out to me is that you really have to think about what makes you happy. eating junk food or playing video games all day isn't what makes you happy even if you think it does and you truly believe it makes you happy. stuff like improving your body by working out and going for runs and being with family and friends, involving yourself art whether it be dance, music or visual art, etc; these are the thing
