Very confused

So I was in the potion shop just soaring around on my dragon (Dragoniesha) and all of a sudden I'm d/ced and on the title screen, there was a flying (hacking-kind-of-flying) avatar without a face or pants o-o using a sword move. I'm so confused as to what happened. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm scared to log back in because I might be keylogged or something.
