Funding a Wa
I've decided to fund my Wind Archer but I am a bit torned on what to actually do with my mesos. I got roughly 15b to spend.
Should I go for fafnir bow and scroll in RED, or just get a pre scrolled one? What about RA equips? empress?
I probably won't do too much self cubing unless the items are already unique.

Well the tyrants alone would cost you around 15b clean.
I would say go with a belt and full RA/Fafnir since RA equips seems to be really cheap in your server.
Buy a clean bow and scroll it yourself with the RED Scroll. (make sure it hasnt been equiped!)
Farm coins for gollux equips, and spend whatever you have on other %dex.
Sorry, Should have specified, I am pretty much starting from scratch, I do have a 6% all stat green tinkerer belt and shoulders laying around, but thats pretty much it.
Fafnir bow is around 4-5b I think (clean)
RA top/bot seems to be around 2-2.3b
I've seen clean tyrant belt for around 3b, cloak and boots seems alot more expensive tho.
If I can get all 3 tyrant, should I? and if I can only get one, which one should I get? cloak > boots > belt? Considering I already have tinkerers set
Not sure what the prices are like over in zenith but 15b isn't enough if you're starting from scratch to go good fafnirs. I would suggest you work on % dex and get tyrant balt first. Getting a fafnir bow is a decent idea to capitalize on red scrolls as well. Finally, I would aim for 3 piece tyrants clean, but 15b may not suffice for that.
