No one can guarantee they won't change their minds but as far as any of us know they aren't coming back.
i used it on my main... now i cant take off all my ugly but good items... problem is that even if i try get my perm nx, i cant cuz of cs dc problem... and if ill take of my items i wont be able to use my ele staff....
Gone on every item that GMS and KMS share, so Ele Staves, Arcglaives, and those NX weapons still have secondary stats
Yes they are gone. No more secondary stat requirement on empress <3
