So iv got a Tyrant Cape with 2 slots and idk what to use those two slots for....i mean is there a specific scroll that is best to use?

(Incredible) Chaos scroll of goodness, Prime scrolls.
go with Chaos of Goodness if possible, although, for the most part, any scroll is okay to use ( tyrants are given specific amounts PER enhancement, so it doesnt matter for your base stats, unlike weapons and other things like that )
