Question about random perma bans
Im in a pretty dicey situation atm. Ive been playing maple for like 5 years or so. I never hacked or used some sort of illegal program while playing maplestory. Always followed the rules. But then it happened. I was peacefully leveling my new thunderbreaker at pig beach when I randomly dced. I tried logging in again. I kept dcing at the channel selection screen so I tried to log in using the game launcher.
Taaaaadaaah ! I got permanently banned for the hack reason or using illegal programs. With all the money I spent on this account, I want it back.
So my question is : To all of you guys out there who got randomly banned for no reason, were you ever able to recover your account or am I just wasting my time ?

Back in early June I got perma banned while training at LHC. I submitted a ticket and just about a month ago it got to "work in progress." Nothing since then. I wish you luck with your ticket.

Yea like what ? Training at nautilus ? Im not kidding ive done nothing wrong and this isnt the 1rst time something like that happened to maplers.

What is something so wrong that he can't tell us? The TS said he hasn't used any hacks, etc, what else can be so bad? Buying duped items? When there's tons of those out there. And I've heard tons of players like him have gotten permanently banned for no reason, and it's mostly during when they train.
i bet nexon is lying about gm's only having the ability to ban.

Submit a well-written ticket and hope for the best.
Except aren't all perma bans dished out by GMs?

Submit a ticket and just check it once in a while to see if they responded.
If you're unlucky you'll face Skelorm and he'll close your ticket without reading the first sentence with his CTRL-V response.
If that happens and you still care just submit another one til you get someone that's not Skelorm.
