Hi. I found one guide, and there is the build Post-Tempest...but it ends at level 100.
I need the rest of the build for 4th job..help please

@0DeathTheKid: yeah i made a mistake. It is a 3rd Job skill. Before Tempest people used to put points on it after 120. I don't know the reason. I deleted my question about it, but you were faster than me with your answer ^^ Thanks!

The only thing that changed was that you start getting 4th job at 100. So you pretty much start 20 levels earlier.
Hmm, I will say put 1 point int B-step, nate, shad instinct, dag expert.
Max out dag expert first. Then work on Bstep, then shad instinct, shad shifter, nate, smoke, MW, ending with poison dagger and sudden raid.
At some point in there, you may want a few points in the poison skill as it helps raise dpm by a little.
I was lvl 160 when post-tempest came around so I didn't really have an order of putting the points cuz I bypassed most of it.
Oh, nothing changes then? The Max level of each skill in 4th job..all the same?
The 4th job skill build is covered in the earlier updates. He didn't want to repeat it since the build is still the same.
