Does weapon speed affect casting speed?
I honestly do not see a difference. I put on a slow staff used elemental composite and timed for 30 seconds. I then used a fast and a normal weapon and did the same. No difference.
And yes booster was on (why wouldn't it be? )

well thats really lame...
What @srbman said, Explosion seems to be the only skill afffected by the weapon's speed.
