If i get my mihile to 120, does he gimme the max empress blessing? Just like a lvl 120 Cygnus Knight would.

If i get my mihile to 120, does he gimme the max empress blessing? Just like a lvl 120 Cygnus Knight would.

You can increase empress blessing from Cygnus ark and its max level will be still 30 once the quest is done 6 times. Cygnus ark is not as powerful as regular ark.
not really. Max lvl is 30 but reaching lvl 120 only makes the blessing lvl 24.
