is this a good gaming build?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pSZ6
i made it with the intention of playing Blade and Soul, when its released, and games in that similar fashion (eg. Tera), at the higher quality levels
this is my first "build" and i picked the parts based on what i learned from newegg, so can anyone offer good feedback for it?

Which case you eventually pick is not of my concern, only that it fits your components. All you have to care about are cases that can hold ATX motherboards which are mid towers and full towers.

-That power supply is overkill. 1000 watts is for the realm of dual overclocked enthusiast video cards builds. You can definitely scale down to a 450-550 watt power supply.
-That's way too much RAM and most of it won't be used in a gaming computer. 32 GB of RAM is the amount recommended from some small servers. PC games rarely use more than 4 GB of memory. Save the money and stick with an 8 GB kit.
-A sound card is not needed. There's one built into the motherboard.
-By my estimate, you are overspending by $250.

+The money you free up can be used to get better parts that do matter for gaming, which are the CPU and the video card.

You don't need a case, or a PSU that large, get an ATX-mid case for 60 bucks, and a 500 Watt PSU and spend the extra 100 bucks you'll save on a better graphics card, a 550Ti MIGHT run games like tera/GW2 on Medium with a steady FPS get at least a 560Ti or even better a 580
