Guys im sick ok from last night i ate some M n M's before going to bed( around 12:30 am)(midnight) and when i woke up i had diareah(im being serious) my stomach hurts like crap and when ever i sleep and wake up i become dizzyheaded now i dont mind going to a hospital but i prefer not to suffer until tommorow also when i try vomiting i cant and all the food i ate is still in my stomach plz help me guys if uve had this before (think of it as my life is in your hands)

Should i be concerned recently my stool has been turning black the thing is it never happened until i started drinking more and more water. my dad changed the filter in the refrigerator but still nothing changed also i havnt been taking any medication that has side effects of changing my stool color nor does the stool emit a foul odor (which most reasearch says it should) so can anyone diagnose this? also ive considered ulcers but i was wondering if they cause continuos pain ( during this whole episode i havnt has any duodenmal pain) plz im not being a troll or anything just want to see if anyone knows...
