Friend Story glitch?
So I'm on the second chapter and trying to do the quest "My Last Letter 3" and I'm supposed to call oz after giving the letter to orchid and she says that Francis is already on the roof. Then she says come on let's go and see and after I click Yes, it says "you cannot move from here. Please try again from a different location." I've tried going everywhere and still won't teleport me to the roof to continue the quest. And if I go to the roof, I can't interact with anyone up there. Anyone have this same problem or know how to fix it?

It is going to happen throughout the entire story line from now on, just keep going ENTIRELY outside of school [including the school entrance, just go to town] and answer to calls from there.
