Elemental expert? glitched?
So when you do the quest for Call of Cygnus skill (MW for KoC), all the other Cygnus classes get a passive skill in their beginner tab
called Elemental Expert which is equivalent to Elemental Reset from Archmages.
But when you do the quest for Blaze Wizard, you only receive Call of Cygnus and not Elemental Expert.
Was this intended or glitched? Anyone actually got the passive on their BW?

Fires of Creation lets us ignore elemental resistances
Blaze wizard doesnt have that skill but we have 100% elemental resistance as part of the Fires of Creation skill in 4th job
