cheering event incredible chaos scrolls
I can't find any info on how to get them. All I see are the 30 min buffs. I got some scrolls when I logged on a char, but don't know how. Can someone tell me how to get them?

alrite thx. Does it have to be exactly lvl 100 or can be above? And what do incredible and miraculous chaos do? Some say +/- 7, +/-10. What does what?
