new puppet not as good? Even though it seemed like it got boosted because of the increase to 8k hp, the old puppet seems better. The new puppet seems to take the same damage as me, so if I take a 3k hit it will take around 3k hit also. The old puppet had much higher defense, and something like a BF hit of 11k to me did only around 3k to the old puppet. Seems like the new puppet doesn't last as long. Also, when a monster attacks and kills the new puppet, it doesn't say anything like 'puppet has disappeared,' so you have to visually pay attention to when it disappears. This is only really noticeable if you fight monsters that hit high like 4k. Who here likes the new puppet?
usages of hookshot and retreat shot? In what situations would you use these skills besides movement? I've only used hookshot for a few minutes and find it unpredictable and not sure how it can be used in bossing situations. I've seen it says invincible while moving but don't know how to apply it. For retreat shot, is there a combo or anything to use it with or is it just used for a little jump movement?
final attack glitch I've noticed that FA stops working after about 60 FA hits when I am killing a high hp boss like anego or bodyguard. It happens when I stay in one place. I think it is hitting the 100-hit cap thing because it works again after I move. Is this a glitch or is it supposed to be like this? It can get annoying having to move after about 20 sec.
is illusion step working My I.S. lvl isn't that high, and has 14% avoid right now. I can't get it to activate the "smiling" face like shadow shifter gets. I've had it activate in tespia with only lvl 10 IS. I've tested it for a few minutes on monsters but can't get the activation. Can someone, preferably with higher IS lvl, confirm if it's working.
