Wind Archer Hyper Skill
Can someone explain how Trifling Wind - Double Chance (Level 183 passive) works? It says that an additional hit can be carried onto one target of Trifling Wind. Does that mean each Trifling Wind does two hits? If so, I really can't see the difference because it still looks like the monster is only getting hit once by each trifling wind.

For clarification, Trifling wind doesnt hit twice, instead, there is a chance that two "arrows" will be launched at the same mob/target. So, you'll still be getting one line of damage per trifling wind, but more trifling winds hitting the same target.

It might be more obvious on bosses and especially with your purple arrows(enhanced).
