Should i take this offer

So ye I recently made a 14 attack 10 matk 3L epic 6% dex temptest shoulder. Now with the evolving world popping these epic temptest gear everywhere. I know that 6% isn't much. However, the shoulder is 14 attack and 10 matk. It still is a really good shoulder. Someone offered me 700m for the shoulder. Should i see if i can get higher or sell it for that much?
