A question about nebs
Does adding socket with the socket adding device thing have a chance to destroy the item, also the the neb itself have a chance of destroying the item?
(Extra)What is the best neb to use for a end game weapon and how much does it cost? Like boss damage or %stat.(GAZED)

on weapons its rank A 25% boss dmg(around 1b-1.2b scania price) on other equips its 4% all stats
