For that 5% extra? No deal...your 2.1b can get something else...well thats only if your looking for alot of % Str...Good luck!
if its Chtp or htp then yes
That's 5% more STR, if you don't have a minimum of 5% STR belt, then don't give him 2.1b, since your DMG will drop..
