@Trinityx You should defenitely wait till next miracle time, i got 3 of my equips from rare to unique in just three cubes.
Unless you are willing to spend money now and at miracle time, then go ahead do both, but wait for it if you're only willing to pay once.

Miracle times are completely random, so no one knows when the next one would be at,
they mostly occur once every big update (IE 8th annivesary, tempest, renegades, etc)

The 2pm --> 2:01pm hot times will most likely NEVER happen again, too much conflicts...(People can't make it, Disconnections, etc). I like the new method, all day 24 hour hot time, you can login anytime and accept the gift. As for cubing hot time, its always random, usually they do it for a major celebration.
