I failed the first one I used and then I got lucky and passed the second

Alright I can 100% confirm that the 30% 5 Star enhancement scroll does not go boom.

some say it does others say it doesnt, i would love if someone would clarify it for the rest of us. I have a few that i would like to try to use but i cant afford to blow my tyrants

No. But the other one that's 50% does.
If you don't trust Nexon with their text, use a protection scroll just in case.
