For some reason i keep missing on Amdusias even though i'm lvl 24. Does being strless have anything to do with accuracy?

Use the weapon the job instructor gave you.
You need to use the bow that Athena gave you to hit it.
i had the same trouble
this is what u do.
what bow do u have?
get a better bow more fit for ur lvl: check ur inven
u should have solomon's bow
