Normal/hard Magnus guide?
Hey guys, my dual blade is at 480k range, but I'm having a bit of trouble with normal Magnus. I usually die because he slows me with that spiderweb move of his, and I get hit by a meteor. I saw this video the other day (I'll leave the link below), and I was confused because the spiderweb bind (idk what it's called lol) didn't seem to affect him. Could it be high status resist? That move is probably my only problem with Magnus.

I'm fairly sure if you dark sight, meteors are unable to hit you.
You can also use Hero's Will to break the web.
Higher status resistance does help you avoid the web more often. With 100% resist you'll never be webbed - until GMS catches up to the newest KMST 5th job patch which changes how status resist works.
That DB from the video might have higher status resistance but then again aside from that web that slows you down, keep trying to practice in the other aspects when fighting Magnus. I could defeat normal Magnus on my friend's DB (500k range, I don't remember the Status Resistance, but was probably below 50%) without much trouble.
