Is this computer worth it?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229496

Usually building your own computer would be the better choice since you get more for your price but what about this computer after the sale discount?
Should I buy it or should I build my own?

Thanks.

Everything you listed out for me is here.

$700 Lenovo K450E
Intel Core i5 4460
8GB DDR3
1TB HDD
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

There's virtually no cost saving if you try to build a comparable system.

Most of what has needed to be said has been said, but when buying a comp, if you get a top quality graphics card, you could get away with a weaker processor. Stuff like League isnt that intensive, but having some type of graphics can get you a solid 60+ FPS.

@Anthorix: I actually mean it though. I had to return my gpu for the 2nd time and they were making me pay for the shipping and handling and making me wait a whole month again. So I called again after hanging up and pretended to be upset, got free shipping and they shipped the new gpu within 3 days. Had the same process with other parts.
Since everyone is helping you out I just wanted to add that building your own computer is a very awesome experience and it's really fun. If you get a faulty part just contact customer service right away and be ruthless because I found out that being nice gets you nowhere.
except for the being without ruth part, thanks fer the input.

@Anthorix oh thanks that's a really nice explanation.
@Burning
1) NY, USA
2) $700
3) Going towards saving but not too much. I do desire an i5 cpu and an Nvidia graphics card.
4) Yes
5) 1600Ã--900 resolution. Might consider upgrading my default HP keyboard and mouse.
6) Uhh I don't think so? I don't know what that is so probably not
7) Not that much. 500GB is good... actually even 250GB can do for me.
8) I play only league. Might consider CS GO.
9) Uhh hmm. Mostly just browsers, microsoft office and, utorrent if that's what you're asking.
:o

That depends on what you're going to do with it.

Answer as many questions as you are willing. The information you provide will narrow down the potential computers I look at.

What country/state do you live in?
What is the upper limit of your budget?
Would you like to save money or do you want to spend as much of your budget as possible?
Can you order online? If you cannot order online, what stores are around you?

Do you already have a monitor, keyboard, and/or mouse? If you have a monitor, what is its screen resolution?
Do you have a bootable installer for an operating system such as Windows 7 or Windows 8?
How much hard drive space do you want?
What games do you play or want to play?
What programs do you use?

Mention any other special requests you may have. Be as detailed as you can with all your responses.

You'd be better off building your own. Since you don't game that much besides league, which doesnt demand a powerful gpu. Also, you could get away with just an i3

@tsubasa128:

uhh, hmm.

CPU with great reputation

Operating system

nice pc case

keyboard, mouse

satisfactory gpu (might wanna replace dis)

uhh, price price price...

200 cpu
100 Os
40 HDD
75 8gb ram
45 pc case
65 gpu
20 keyboard and mouse

estimate: 545 dollars.

so, if you just collected parts from around the same website, you'd still save a few bucks building the same pc.
(the 200 dollars off may just be a marketing thing)
though, i reckon you don't want the hassle of building, thats why you are looking at PC packages.

So, i suggest you look for another one.

and really consider building your own.
this is the graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121799

but this is the cpu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117372

the reviews suggest the gpu is not that great for gaming (low settings, lag, satisfactory performance for the low price/ the great cpu can do most of the work)

but good for HD movies (if you wanna put it inside a home theater pc i reckon)

though since it has such a great cpu, cpu-reliant games can run on high settings, so theres that.

wh-what if... you buy it and then buy a 200 dollar graphics card?
Hmm. Well the thing is I'm not a hardcore gamer. The only game I really play is league. Is it worth it though?
