Okay this was an old drawing, and by old,i mean late in August old.
Like my mechanic drawing,my computer has almost no space so its gonna be hard to try to put all of my drawings onto here :C
Tell me what to improve on all of my drawings and I'll appreciate it!

I used to draw people like this as well
Like the first two posters said, most of your problem is anatomy, just keep working on it.

Well, since the guy above did it ...

- Pants should be somewhat higher vertically, just remind you that tight pants doesn't comfort your bag.
- For the sake of body proportions, study some muscles on either Google or Wikipedia, it would help you draw correct size of the body parts.
- His right hand seems a little awkward, try to hold a knife the same way he does, I can promise you it won't let you do that.
- Try to draw the lines longer and more jointed instead of short and curvy.
- Do not worry if the equips are too big, rather too big that too small. (Both in usefulness and look)

After all, you did a very good job on his left hand, and your creativity

Well, since you asked...

-Torso should be a bit shorter, and curved "in" a little more (Unless you wanted him to be chubbeh ?).
-I remember when I used to draw eyes like that, two lines, a circle in the middle Try making them more complete.
-The point from the wrist to the elbow should be about the same size as from the elbow to the shoulder.
-Necks are generally straight halfway though .
-If something like a belt is on a person, they shouldn't be flat on the sides, they should protrude out more or tighten something, making it not flat against the shirt.
-When you start drawing, you should start with a skeletal version of your character, put it in its pose, it's proportions, etc. Then you add on the "meat."
-Don't press your pencil down so hard on the paper, SKETCH, I can tell you got tired of erasing at some point >.>

Remember, keep on striving! EVERY artist has potential, it takes baby steps to get there
