Anviling pink ring to another ring
Well I happen to have a pink quote ring from the box event, so my question would be if I anvil'd the ring onto another one, would I be able to gain the text effect or would it remain the same?

OT: Set effect pieces that are anviled won't give out the full effect but if an item has their own specific effect (i.e. Mu Gong Gloves), then the effect will be there.

It keeps the appearance. Not the stats. Like if I anviled wgs to my falcon wing gloves, i get the wg look and falcon wing stats.
If you anviled Dojo Gloves to wgs, you'd get the look of the dojo gloves. There is no set requirement for dojo gloves so the effect stays.
Edit: if you anviled a zakum helmet to something, you still get the glowing zakum background too.

Anvil's effect is permanent.

With that im not to sure about, but I have seen someone who had the whole android armor anviled onto a different set of equips and didn't get the effect from wearing all pieces.
