pdr is only good in large numbers, 30/40 preferable. 15's hardly add any once you get above 50. because it's all multiplicative. 1 line of 30% gives 30%, a second line would only give 21% totaling for 51%. 2 30 lines is 51, not 60.
I thought it would've been good as well, they have plenty of crit and max/min crit. Question is how much pdr do you have?
damnnn, I figured I wouldn't go with a crit ring, because I've already got a lot of crit so I figured I would balance out other aspects of my character like PDR. I heard lots of talk about it being good for bosses and what not. is it even worth keeping then?
are you serious? PDR is that bad? I heard its good...
10% pdr is probably worse than a 3% stat tempest ring.
