Question about Pokemon X and Y and the quotpokemon boxquot
does anyone know if i put all my legendaries and my high leveled pokemon in the pokemon box app for 3ds and then delete my pokemon y file if they wuld all be ok?

You'll be fine so long as you don't try to deposit items.
If you're a comp player like me you loose hours worth of BP items. Go ahead though if you just want to collect pokemon.
