Why doesn't this skill proc on a slow? Slow's a status ailment, but it only seems to proc on stuns.

Why doesn't this skill proc on a slow? Slow's a status ailment, but it only seems to proc on stuns.

Thanks, I looked really closely and it does show up behind all the numbers
i'm pretty sure it does proc. At least, it is definitely supposed to and it seems to proc for me.
